Apartment Prices Drop 0.5% in Israel, CBS Reports
Israel's apartment prices dropped 0.5% from August to October 2025, the Central Bureau of Statistics reported. Final numbers are pending.
Jerusalem, 16 December, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) reported that, comparing the prices of transactions carried out in September – October 2025 to the prices of transactions carried out in August – September 2025, it was found that apartment prices decreased by 0.5%.
However, the CBS said that this figure is not final since there are additional transactions that were carried out during this period that have not yet been reported.
