The complex being marketed in the tender is intended for tourism and leisure hotels on the coast of District A in Ashdod. A development agreement for a period of 4 years will be signed with the winner, after which, provided the entrepreneur has met the tender conditions, a lease agreement will be signed.
The complex being marketed is part of plan 60/101/02/3 “Development of District A Coast,” which covers an area of approximately 176 dunams and is located in the north of the city, south of the port and north of the marina, on a coastline approximately 1,000 meters long and about 200 meters wide, between the road and the sea.
The coastline includes areas for public buildings, open public space – the beach, an area for hotels and leisure, a sports and leisure area, road infrastructure, public parking, and a connection to Lachish Park.
The minimum price and the amount of the bid guarantee will be published in the tender booklet.
The tender is intended for recommendations from the Ministry of Tourism only.
Requests for a recommendation from the Ministry of Tourism must be submitted according to the conditions detailed in the tender booklet.
The recommendation from the Ministry of Tourism will be given by the date published in the tender booklet. This recommendation must be attached to the bid submitted for the tender; a bid submitted without a recommendation from the Ministry of Tourism will be disqualified.
In addition to the payment for the land to the Israel Land Authority, the winner will be required to pay fees and levies to the local authority, all as detailed in the tender booklet.
The deadline for submitting bids is 05/18/2026 at exactly 12:00 PM. Bidders must check the Israel Land Authority website for any changes to the tender until its closing date. Participation in the tender requires pre-registration on the “Gov.il” website.
