Apartment Prices Drop Slightly
Israeli apartment prices see a slight 0.6% drop, according to Central Bureau of Statistics. More transactions pending.
Jerusalem, 16 October, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) reported that, comparing the prices of transactions carried out in July – August 2025 to the prices of transactions carried out in June – July 2025, it was found that apartment prices decreased in the country by 0.6%.
However, the figure is not final since there are additional transactions that were carried out during this period and have not yet been reported, said the CBS.
