As part of the agreement, extensive infrastructure development work will be carried out, including paving access roads, connecting to main infrastructures, developing water and sewage systems, and preparing for the absorption of a new population.
As part of the overall move to develop the settlement, approximately 500 housing units have already been marketed in the first phase, and development will proceed according to marketing phases and approved plans.
The agreement includes extensive development of public and leisure areas, including the establishment of a new sports and leisure complex, parks, and open public spaces, with a budget of approximately NIS 29 million. In addition, future preparation for the establishment of educational and public institutions is included, with an investment of approximately NIS 18 million for earthworks and infrastructural development in preparation for the construction of kindergartens and schools.
The development agreement is intended to enable orderly and multi-year planning and execution, with cooperation between government ministries and the local authority, and to create planning and execution certainty that will support the settlement’s growth and improve the quality of life of its residents over time.
